Septic System Types
Aerobic Treatment Systems
Advanced treatment systems that use oxygen to break down waste. Required in many South Texas counties for properties with smaller lots or near waterways. We install, service, and maintain all major aerobic brands.
Conventional Septic Systems
Traditional gravity-fed systems with septic tank and drain field. Ideal for larger rural properties with suitable soil conditions. Reliable, low-maintenance, and cost-effective when site conditions allow.
Commercial Systems
Multi-tank commercial systems for businesses, restaurants, RV parks, and subdivisions. We design and install high-capacity systems engineered for heavy daily usage and regulatory compliance.
System Repairs
Failing system? We diagnose and repair all types of septic problems — from clogged drain fields and broken aerator motors to cracked tanks and failed distribution boxes.
Drain Field Installation
New drain fields and replacement drain fields for conventional systems. Proper drain field design and installation is critical for long-term system performance and environmental protection.
Inspections & Maintenance
Regular inspections and maintenance contracts to keep your system operating within TCEQ guidelines. Preventive maintenance is far cheaper than emergency repairs or system replacement.

Septic System FAQ
How long does a septic system installation take?
Most residential installations take 3-5 days from excavation to final inspection. Commercial systems or complex sites may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline during the estimate.
Do I need an aerobic or conventional system?
It depends on your lot size, soil conditions, and county regulations. We perform a site evaluation and recommend the best system for your specific property. In many South Texas counties, aerobic systems are required for lots under one acre.
How often does my septic system need maintenance?
Aerobic systems require maintenance every 4-6 months per TCEQ regulations. Conventional systems should be inspected every 1-3 years and pumped every 3-5 years depending on household size and usage.
What are signs my septic system is failing?
Watch for slow drains, sewage odors in the yard, soggy spots over the drain field, lush green patches of grass over the system, or sewage backup in the house. If you notice any of these, call us immediately.
Do you handle TCEQ permits?
Yes. We handle the entire permitting process — from site evaluation and system design to permit application and final TCEQ inspection. One call handles everything.
